Level 1: Braggart’s Demand

You call out the enemy to fight you and, if he doesn't, you will draw upon kharma to empower your retort.

Effect: You mark the target. The target remains marked until you use this power against another target, or if you fail to engage the target (see below). A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.
While a target is marked, it takes a –2 penalty to attack rolls for any attack that doesn't include you as a target. Also, you gain a power bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to your Charisma modifier for your next attack after the first time it makes an attack that doesn’t include you as a target before the start of your next turn. The bonus increases to 2 + your Charisma modifier at 11th level, and to 4 + your Charisma modifier at 21st level.
On your turn, you must engage the target you targeted with this ability or target another creature with this power. To engage the target, you must either attack it or end your turn adjacent to it. If none of these events occur by the end of your turn, the marked condition ends and you can’t use braggart's demand on your next turn.
You can use braggart's demand once per turn.
Special: This ability doesn’t rely on the intelligence or language ability of the target. It’s a compulsion of luck that affects the creature’s behavior, regardless of the creature’s nature. You can’t place a braggart's demand on a creature that is already affected by your or another character’s braggart's demand.

Effect: You make an additional attack roll and use either result. If the attack misses, the enemy still takes damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
Special: If an effect lets you reroll an attack roll and you rolled twice because of this power, you reroll both dice.



Level 1: Weapon Knack

As a braggart, you are skilled with all sorts of weapons and you have a certain knack for violence.
Benefit: When you make a basic attack, you can use Charisma instead of Strength or Dexterity for the attack and damage roll. In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to the attack rolls of weapon attacks.
